The new Radeon RX 6650 XT offer extra performance that allows the RDNA 2 architecture to be further accelerated with somewhat less efficient models, but which are still more efficient than those of the competition. Focusing on the PowerColor Hellhound Radeon RX 6650 XT , we get a relatively compact model with a good OC from the factory and a heatsink that keeps temperatures and noise at bay , in addition to having a dose of RGB lighting on the fans and the logo of the backplate.

PowerColor offers here an excellent alternative to its already very efficient aircooling systems , such as that of the Red Devil. We are once again under the spell of this PowerColor RX 6950 XT Liquid Devil whose frequencies soar and remain stable thanks to liquid cooling. We appreciate the principle that each user can decide on the liquid cooling loop they want to design in order to keep this little gem cool. Thanks to PowerColor for giving us the opportunity to test this high-end model!

The PowerColor graphics card, in my opinion it is a product that is pleasing to the eye, well-made and with a large dose of multi-colored RGB backlight, which can be additionally synchronized with the motherboard. Fans of rainbow attractions will surely be satisfied, and if someone does not like LEDs, they can be simply turned off. The biggest advantage of the Red Devil model, however, is nothing more than excellent cooling, which provides decent temperatures with a sensational work culture, and as additional measurements have shown, there are no obstacles to significantly improve thermal conditions, if necessary, with still low noise.

PowerColor Red Devil Radeon RX 6750 XT is a good graphics chip with enough air for gaming in Full HD and WQHD - but it can be tight with a 4K display with the effects turned up.

PowerColor 's Hellhound RX 6650 XT is a solidly-built good-looking RGB card with higher clocks out of the box than the reference version and it overclocks decently. It trades blows with and overall beats the RTX 3060 in most rasterized games. PowerColor has made a kick-ass RX 6650 XT.
The Hellhound RX 6650 XT offers a good alternative to the RTX 3060 for solid raster performance in gaming, and it also beats the performance of AMD 's last generation by a good margin. A bonus is that availability is excellent and pricing is at MSRP.

As for PowerColor's RX 6650 XT Hellhound Spectral White, the aesthetics are the main selling point. If you want a white-themed graphics card, your options are limited. Zotac has a white RTX 3060, but among RX 6600 XT and RX 6650 XT GPUs, other than this PowerColor, the closest you can come would be the yin-yang Sapphire RX 6600 XT that has a white backplate and a white and black front shroud — and of course, it's discontinued now. We've done worse things than paying $50 extra for a specific color, so the Hellhound Spectral White is a viable option.

Powercolor's Hellhound vintage of the Radeon RX 6650 XT is at first glance quite nice with fairly neat outer dimensions and a cooler that does the job without much fuss.
