Q How to become a VIP member?
A Register today! Just enter Become a VIP and you can get the special offer which is only provided to PowerColor VIP Club’s member. You must be over the age of 18 years old to become a member.
Q When I try to join PowerColor VIP Club, it shows that my email address already exists. Why?
A When you become a PowerColor VIP Club member, we send you a verification email. Your account is not activated until you click the activation link in the verification mail. If you try to register again with the same email address, the system will deny you access. If you didn’t receive your verification email, check your SPAM folders or contact us and we’ll help you out. If you’ve registered before for the rebate or RMA, you can use the same account and password to log in PowerColor VIP Club.
Q When I joined PowerColor VIP Club, I was informed I would get a verification email to activate my account. I still haven’t received it.
A Here are some reasons explain why you may not have received the verification email:
1.Check your spam filters to make sure the verification email has not been left there.
2.Your email host may have rejected the email. Add web.service@powercolor.com to your address book or your filter's white list, and request a new verification email.
3.You might have accidentally typed your email address incorrectly, so that you’re unable to receive verification email.
If you’re still having issues, contact us.
Q Where is my serial number located?
A There is an image on the PowerColor product registration page which shows you the location of serial number. Go to the Register Products page and you can see an example under the box of Enter Product Serial Number. The one begins with S/N, which is abbreviation of serial number, is exactly the number you need to put in the box. The serial number always locates on the back of PCB, but sometimes there would be a backplate covers the back of PCB, but don’t worry, you can find the serial number on the backplate. Depending on the model of your graphic card, the location of the serial number may move around; but generally it is on the back of your card. Of course, you can always contact us if you have trouble finding it.
Q I’m using my points to purchase something that needs to be shipped to me. Will I be charged for shipping, handling, taxes, customs and duties?
A PowerColor only covers shipping & handling, but does not cover taxes, customs and duties.
Q I’m trying to register more graphic cards to my account and I receive a mail which asks me to provide more information. Why?
A To prevent fraudulent registrations, all members wishing to register six (6) or more graphic cards, you would receive a mail from PowerColor. To complete the registration process, simply send us the serial numbers, invoices, and two pictures of each graphic card (one for front side, and another for back side which needs to show the serial number) you want to register. We will approve your registrations once we receive your information.
Q I try to register my products, but the system rejects me and says my product is out of the registration period. What is that?
A Users who buy PoweColor graphic cards after Oct. 1, 2012 are allowed for registration, our system will identify it based on the serial number. If you buy your card after Oct. 1, 2012, and still unable to register, please contact us.
