Warranty Information

PowerColor offers a 2-year limited warranty for all products purchased within US and Canada *ONLY* (unless stated otherwise). This warranty is valid for 2 years from the original purchase date (verified through invoice) and only valid to the ORIGINAL owner of this products and may not be transferred if the product is to be resold or ownership transferred. In order to qualify for this limited 2-year warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be within 2 years of the original purchase date (verified through invoice).
  • Invoices provided by the users must at least include name of the company, address of the company, date of purchase, name of user, address of user, and the price of the product to be considered an official invoice.
  • Removal and/or damaging of the SN/PN sticker(s) on all PowerColor products will void all warranties associated with that product.
  • When sending in your defective product for service, a copy of the RMA e-mail MUST be included in the package or the RMA may be declined and shipped back (at the customer’s expense).
  • Products sent in for RMA will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal or greater performance based on availability.
  • Please be sure to ONLY send in the defective product. Keep all accessories and driver discs for you will not get them back.
  • The warranty covers ONLY the original owner of the product and may not be transferred.
  • PowerColor will ONLY repair or replace your product (if under warranty), we do not offer ANY KIND of refund or reimbursement.
  • The PowerColor product MUST be free of any physical damage due to improper installation or modification of ANY kind (this includes installing aftermarket cooling solutions) or the warranty WILL be VOID.

    1. Bent PCB 2. Damaged Fan 3. Damaged PCB Corner
    4. Missing PCB Components 5. Missing or Loose Memory Module 6. Scratched Golden Finger
    7. Damaged PCB
  • PowerColor is NOT responsible for shipping charges on incoming shipments.
  • PowerColor does NOT ship to PO Box or APO/Military addresses.
  • The defective PowerColor product must be mailed inside of a box with either foam or bubble wrap to avoid physical damage to the product during shipping. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being voided.
