Warranty Information

Brand New Products:
PowerColor offers a 2-year limited warranty for all brand new products purchased within US and Canada *ONLY* (unless stated otherwise). This warranty is valid for 2 years starting from the original purchase date (verified through invoice) and only valid to the ORIGINAL owner of this products and may not be transferred if the product is to be resold or transferred ownership. In order to qualify for this limited 2-year warranty all the conditions under “Terms & Conditions” must be met.

Refurbished Products:
PowerColor offers 90 days warranty for all refurbished products purchased within US and Canada *ONLY* (unless stated otherwise). This warranty is valid for 90 days starting from the original purchase date (verified through invoice) and only valid to the ORIGINAL owner of this products and may not be transferred if the product is to be resold or transferred ownership. In order to qualify for this limited 90 days warranty all the conditions under “Terms & Conditions” must be met.
  • • An easy way to identify whether or not your product is “refurbished” or not is to examine the Serial Number sticker (S/N) on the back of your VGA card.
  • • Refurbished Serial Number starts with (but not limited to):
    • - NEXXXXXXXXXX
    • - 6AXXXXXXXXXX
    • - 6BXXXXXXXXXXXX
    • - 1AXXXXXXXXXX
    • - 1BXXXXXXXXXXXX

Terms & Conditions:
  • • The product must be within 2 years of the original purchase date (Verified through invoice).
  • • Invoices provided (in order for it to be considered an “Official Invoice”) MUST include:
    • - Name & Logo of the Company
    • - Address of the Company (If applicable)
    • - Date of purchase
    • - Name of user
    • - Address of user
    • - Price of the product
  • • Removal and/or damaging of the S/N or P/N sticker(s) on any PowerColor products will VOID all warranties associated with that product.
  • • Products sent in for RMA will only be repaired or replaced with a product(if under warranty) of EQUAL OR GREATER in performance based on availability. PowerColor will NOT offer any refund or reimbursement.
  • • Please be sure to ONLY send in the defective product. Please keep all accessories and driver discs in your side.
  • • The warranty covers ONLY the original owner of the product and may not be transferred.
  • • PowerColor is NOT responsible for shipping charges for incoming shipments.
  • • PowerColor does NOT ship to PO Box or APO/Military addresses.
  • • PowerColor products sent in for RMA MUST be free of any improper use, including but not limited to physical damage from dropping, improper installation, or modification of any kind (this includes installing aftermarket cooling solutions). The warranty WILL BE VOID if the product has been damaged or altered.
  • • To insure your product does not get damaged during transit. Please be sure to secure and wrap the defective card with either foam or bubble wrap to avoid any physical damage. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being voided.
  • • RMA may be declined and shipped back to you at your own cost in case that you send your defective product for service without a copy of the RMA e-mail attached in the package.
  • • RMA Numbers will expire after 21 days starting from the issuing date. PowerColor needs to receive your product within 21 days. Please do your best effort to ship out your product quickly once you have received the RMA Number.

Registering Your Product(s) for RMA Service:
 
  1. Go to http://powercolor.com/us/default.asp
  2. Click on “Support” tab on the top
  3. Click on “RMA Service”
  4. It will ask you to log into your PowerColor account. If you do not have an account please go ahead and create one by clicking “Create Account”
  5. Fill out all the required information and attach a screenshot or image of your invoice
  6. Hit “Submit” after all the required information are filled out.
  7. We will approve and email back a RMA Number. Please write the RMA Number on the package that you will be sending. Please also include a copy of the email.
  8. Once we receive your package, we will send you a received confirmation.
  9. PowerColor will test, repair or replace your RMA product within 14 business days.
