RMA Service

Our customers are very important to us! Sometimes due to technical difficulties we may not get your e-mail inquiry in a timely fashion. If you don't hear back from us within 24 hours (48hours for weekend days) then please give us a call during normal business hours!
Note:
The RMA service is for US, Canada and Maxico customers only! If you’re located in a country outside of the US and Canada please e-mail usa@powercolor.com for information on obtaining an RMA for your defective product.
Canadian customers, please be sure to fill out a customs declaration form prior to shipping your defective product to PowerColor. This will ensure you don’t get charged customs fees when receiving your replacement product.

* Upload your receipt copy: (Maximum size of 500K, JPG / GIF / PDF)
If you are using Windows 7 then simply use the Snipping Tool located under Accessories to take a screenprint of your invoice. If you are NOT using Windows 7 then simply use the PRNT SCRN key on your keyboard to take a screenshot, and then paste that screenshot into Microsoft Paint and then save the picture as a JPEG.
