PCS Guarantee


Limited warranty coverage for PowerColor graphic cards are typically 2 years, but we’re so confident in our PCS products that we will cover it for an additional year if the product fails.*

That means any manufacturer defect will be covered from the time you purchase it for up to 3 years!
In addition, users that purchase PowerColor HD6000 PCS products will be automatically enrolled in our VIP Customer Service Program.

Here are the benefits for purchasing your HD6000 series PCS card:

  • All emails sent to this address will guaranty a 24hr response
  • If questions are sent during business hours (M-F 9am to 6pm PST) we guarantee an answer before we close that day

  • Normal turnaround time is up to 2 weeks
  • HD6000 series PCS products will be 50% faster, up to 1 week faster **
  • Easier tracking for your graphics card
