| Submitted entries become the property of PowerColor and will not be returned. |

| PowerColor reserves the right to deny and delete any wallpaper/screen saver/IM chat icon that is submitted for this contest. |

| The submitted design must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, pornographic, hateful, tortuous, slanderous, libelous, or defamatory against other people or companies. |
| 5.
| The submitted wallpaper/screen saver/IM chat icon must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. |
